TO:  Delegates and Alternates of Minnesota’s Fourth Congressional District

Pursuant to the provisions of the Constitution of the Republican Party of Minnesota, Delegates and Alternates residing within the boundaries of Minnesota Fourth Congressional District who were elected by their BPOU Conventions held in 2024 are called to a Republican Party District Convention to meet on:


Saturday, April 27th, 2024
at Advent Lutheran Church located at 3000 Hamline Avenue North, Roseville, MN 55113.

(Please use the church parking lot located off of Josephine Road and enter through the east facing doors).

Registration: Opens at 9:00am and will close at 11:00am.

Call to Order: 10am

The Convention shall be held for the purpose of:

• Endorsement of a Fourth Congressional District Republican candidate for Congress

• Election of (3) National Delegates, (3) Alternates,

• Endorsement of (1) Presidential Elector Candidate and (1) Alternate

• Consideration of changes to the CD4 Constitution

• Voting on Party Platform Resolutions

• Transacting such other business as may properly come before this convention

Credit Card payment only accepted online. Pre-registration (online or by mail) ends on April 24th at 11:59pm

Early registration fee of $20 for Delegates, Alternates and Guests.
Registration at the door will be $30 Student registration fee (under 18) $10

** A quorum is needed to transact any business. Your attendance is extremely important! **

Tables are available for vendors at $100. No charge for Republican Affiliates. Please reserve in advance guest fee does apply.

Anyone seeking to run for the CD4 Congressional Candidate must appear before the Nominating Committee no later than Wednesday April 24, 2014.
